Email info@wsodigital.com. Include your device, Pounce app version, and a description of what happened. Please do not send your password, full payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Manage your subscription
Pounce Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. You can view your renewal date, current price, and cancellation options in Apple’s subscription settings.
Restore an existing purchase
Use the same Apple account you used to subscribe, then open Pounce and choose Restore Purchases from the subscription screen. If your access still looks wrong, contact us and describe what you see.
